Many others however, are shuffled in with un-edited photos in various years. Everything looks fine and correct in my Photos library on Mac OS. So my date range in my library is from 1940 – 2020. However, now, with the Photos app and everything being stored in the cloud, when I download the photo, the "created" date is the datestamp of the download. When I downloaded the photos through Image Capture, their datestamp of photo taken was displayed under "modified" or "created", making sorting very simple. I am making a birthday video for my son, and want to include photos throughout the year, starting with his birth til now, showing his progression throughout the year.
